Together, we will evaluate your talents and strengths and clarify your personal and professional goals and values.
We begin with an open-ended conversation that can help us understand your goals and help you clarify your direction. Next, we may ask you to complete an external assessment tool like Strengthsfinder 2.0, the PNA values survey or a 360 degree review. We will provide you with a series of evaluation questions that help you to think deeply about where you have been and where you want to go next. With your permission, we will also call your references and see what they say about you, so you don’t have any unfortunate surprises later.
We develop a Well-Connected Action Plan for you that will outline your path to becoming a more well-connected leader.
Designed as a road map with one month, three month and six month goals as well as key milestones and opportunities, this strategic plan will guide our work together. It may include an assessment of the key conferences, networks and upcoming events worth attending in your industry or arena. It may include an overview of other well-known experts in your area that belong in your network. We may also include a review of the networks and organizations where you are already a member, including opportunities to leverage these connections as you move towards your goals.
We will also help you prepare for interviews, client meetings or a funding pitch.
We’ll work with you to hone your message, craft your talking points, refresh your resume and practice your pitch. If you need a well-crafted email introduction, we work on that together. We also discuss your salary requirements or funding needs and outline potential negotiation strategies.
